Luvva is developed by Mammoth Studio (individual entrepreneur Pavel Kuzin, the "Service Provider") as a Freemium mobile application for iOS. This service is provided "AS IS". This page informs you of our policies regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of information for anyone who uses the Luvva app (the "Application").

By using the Application, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy. The information we collect is used for providing and improving the Application. We will not use or share your information with anyone except as described in this Privacy Policy.

The Application is intended exclusively for adults aged 18 or over. It is not directed at children or minors, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. See "Children's Privacy" below.

All of the Application's content — the scenarios, the card decks, and the game modes — is bundled inside the app and is read from your device, not fetched from a server. There is no account, no registration, and no sign-in: the Service Provider operates no backend that stores a profile for you. Your sessions, progress, settings, and any choices you make in the app are stored only on your device, are not transmitted to us, and are removed when you delete the Application.

The Application does not ask you for your name, email address, phone number, photographs, contacts, or location, and it never transmits the specific scenarios or cards you view. To understand how the app is used and to keep it working, it uses the third-party services listed below, which may collect:

• device identifiers — a resettable, app-scoped installation identifier generated by the analytics SDK;
• device and technical information — device model, operating system version, app version, language, and region;
• usage analytics — aggregate, non-content app events such as opening a screen, starting a session, or opening the subscription screen;
• crash and diagnostic data — stack traces and device state at the moment of a crash, used to fix defects;
• purchase history — which subscription was purchased, renewed, or refunded, and the current subscription status, so the Application can unlock paid features.

The Application does not track you across other companies' apps or websites. It does not request App Tracking Transparency permission, does not read the advertising identifier (IDFA), contains no advertising, and no advertising or attribution network is embedded in it. We do not sell your personal information and we do not share it for cross-context behavioural advertising.

The Application uses the third-party services listed below, each with its own privacy policy governing how it handles data:

• AppMetrica — mobile analytics and crash reporting (Yandex).
• Adapty — subscription analytics in observer mode: it records the purchases Apple has already processed so we can see subscription status and revenue. Apple's StoreKit remains the source of truth for every transaction.
• Apple — the App Store and StoreKit process the payment itself. We never see or receive your payment card details.

Whenever you use the Application, in the event of an error we and our third-party providers may collect Log Data. This Log Data may include information such as your device Internet Protocol ("IP") address, device name, operating system version, the configuration of the app, the time and date of your use, and other diagnostic statistics.

We may employ the third-party companies listed above to facilitate the Application, to provide it on our behalf, to perform Application-related services, or to help us analyse how it is used. These third parties act as processors: they have access to the information described above only to perform these tasks on our behalf and are obligated not to disclose or use it for any other purpose.

Everything you create inside the Application stays on your device for as long as the app is installed and is gone once you delete it. Analytics and crash data held by our providers is retained for up to 24 months and thereafter may be stored only in aggregate form. Purchase records are retained for as long as required by tax and accounting law.

If you are in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, the GDPR gives you the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to the processing of your personal data, and the right to data portability and to lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority. If you are a California resident, the CCPA gives you the right to know what personal information is collected, to request its deletion, and to opt out of its sale or sharing — we do not sell or share personal information, so there is nothing to opt out of.

Because the Application has no accounts, we hold nothing that identifies you by name. To exercise any of these rights, email us at support@mmthstudio.com and we will respond within the period the applicable law requires. You can also halt all further collection at any time by uninstalling the Application.

We value your trust in providing us your information and strive to use commercially acceptable means of protecting it. Because the Application keeps your content on your device and sends none of it to us, the most effective protection is your device's own passcode and encryption. Remember, however, that no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee its absolute security.

The Application may contain links to other sites. If you click a third-party link you will be directed to that site, which we do not operate. We strongly advise you to review the privacy policy of those websites; we have no control over and assume no responsibility for their content or practices.

The Application is rated for adults and does not address anyone under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect information from minors. If we discover that a minor has used the Application and that we hold information relating to them, we delete it from our records. If you are a parent or guardian and believe a minor has used the Application, please contact us so we can take the necessary action; we also encourage you to use the parental controls built into iOS (Screen Time → Content & Privacy Restrictions) to restrict age-rated apps.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. You are advised to review this page periodically for any changes; we will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page.
