By downloading or using the Luvva app (the "Application"), these terms automatically apply to you, so please read them carefully before using the Application. You are not allowed to copy or modify the Application, any part of it, or our trademarks in any way. You are not allowed to attempt to extract the source code of the Application, translate it into other languages, or make derivative versions. The Application itself, and all trademarks, copyright, database rights, and other intellectual property rights related to it, remain the property of Mammoth Studio (individual entrepreneur Pavel Kuzin, the "Service Provider").

The Application contains content intended for adults. By downloading or using it you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, or older if that is the age of majority where you live, and that adult content is lawful in your jurisdiction. If you are not, you must not use the Application. We may terminate access where we have reason to believe this requirement is not met.

The Application offers card-game scenarios and prompts for couples. The content is suggestive, is written for consenting adults, and is intended for private use between adults who have each freely agreed to take part. Every scenario is an optional suggestion, never an instruction: you decide what you act on and what you skip.

Consent must be freely given by everyone involved, must be specific to what is actually being done, and can be withdrawn at any moment by anyone, without a reason. Nothing in the Application may be used to pressure, coerce, deceive, or harm another person, or to involve anyone who has not consented or cannot consent. You are solely responsible for what you choose to do and for complying with the law where you are.

The content is provided for entertainment only. It is not medical, psychological, therapeutic, or relationship advice, and it is not a substitute for professional help. The Service Provider accepts no liability for any harm, loss, injury, dispute, or consequence arising from how you or anyone else chooses to use, misuse, or interpret the content.

Part of the Application is free; the full set of scenarios and modes requires an auto-renewing subscription, offered in two options:

• Annual — US$29.99 per year. This option has no free trial; it is charged at purchase.
• Monthly — US$4.99 per month, starting with a 1-week free trial. The trial is free; the first charge is taken when the trial ends, unless you cancel before then.

Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically for the same period and at the same price unless auto-renewal is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, and your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before that period ends. You can manage your subscription and turn off auto-renewal in the App Store: open Settings → your name → Subscriptions on your device. Deleting the Application does not cancel a subscription.

If you buy a subscription while a free trial is running, the unused part of the trial is forfeited. Prices are stated in US dollars, may differ by region, are converted and taxed according to Apple's rules for your storefront, and may change in the future — a price change never applies to a period you have already paid for. Apple processes every payment and every refund: refund requests go to Apple, not to the Service Provider.

The Application requires no account and works offline. Everything you do inside it is stored on your device only. It is your responsibility to keep your phone and access to the Application secure — the content is adult content, and anyone with your unlocked device can see it. We therefore recommend that you do not jailbreak your phone, which is the process of removing software restrictions and limitations imposed by the official operating system of your device. It could make your phone vulnerable to malware, compromise your phone's security features, and could mean the Application will not work properly.

The Application uses third-party services that declare their own Terms and Conditions. Links to the Terms of the third-party service providers used by the Application:

You should be aware that there are certain things the Service Provider will not take responsibility for. The Application's content works without an internet connection, but purchasing or restoring a subscription requires one, and the Service Provider cannot take responsibility for the Application not working at full functionality if you have no access to a network. If you use the Application outside an area with Wi-Fi, your mobile network provider's agreement still applies and you may be charged for data. The Service Provider also cannot always take responsibility for the way you use the Application — for example, you need to make sure your device stays charged.

At some point we may wish to update the Application. It is currently available on iOS — the requirements of that system (and of any additional systems we decide to extend availability to) may change, and you will need to download updates if you want to keep using it. The Service Provider does not promise that it will always update the Application so that it is relevant to you and/or works with the operating-system version installed on your device. You promise to always accept updates when offered. We may also wish to stop providing the Application and may terminate its use at any time without notice. Upon termination, the rights and licenses granted to you in these terms end and you must stop using the Application and, if needed, delete it from your device.

The Application is distributed through the Apple App Store, so Apple's standard End User License Agreement also applies. You can review it here: Apple Standard EULA.

We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. You are advised to review this page periodically for any changes; we will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms of Use on this page.
