This privacy policy applies to the POMO app (the "Application") for mobile devices, developed by Mammoth Studio (individual entrepreneur Pavel Kuzin, the "Service Provider") as a freemium service. The Application is provided "AS IS".
POMO is a focus timer. Your focus sessions, presets, and settings are stored on your device and are not uploaded to the Service Provider. There is no account, no sign-up, and no profile: nothing you record in the app identifies you.
The Application collects anonymous usage and diagnostic data — the type of device, the operating system version, crash reports, and which screens and actions are used — so the Service Provider can find crashes and understand which features are worth keeping. This data is not tied to your name, your email, or any account.
The Application does not collect your precise location, does not read your contacts, photos, calendars, or health data, and does not show advertising.
If you allow notifications, the Application schedules local reminders on your device when a focus session or a break ends. These are created and delivered on the device itself; no notification content is sent to a server. You can revoke the permission at any time in the system Settings, and the timer keeps working without it.
POMO Premium is sold through Apple. Payment, billing, and renewals are handled by the App Store: the Service Provider never receives your payment card, your Apple Account credentials, or your billing address. The Application receives only the fact that a subscription is active, which is what unlocks the premium features.
The Application embeds the following third-party SDKs, which may process the anonymous data described above under their own privacy policies:
The Application is not directed at children under 13, and the Service Provider does not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact the Service Provider and it will be deleted.
Because your sessions and settings live on your device, deleting the Application deletes them. To stop the anonymous analytics described above, delete the Application; there is nothing else to revoke, since no account exists.
This policy may be updated from time to time. Changes are posted on this page and take effect as soon as they are posted. This policy is effective as of 20 August 2026.
