By downloading or using the POMO app (the "Application"), these terms automatically apply to you, so please read them carefully. You are not allowed to copy or modify the Application, any part of it, or our trademarks in any way. You are not allowed to attempt to extract the source code of the Application, translate it into other languages, or make derivative versions. The Application itself, and all trademarks, copyright, database rights, and other intellectual property rights related to it, remain the property of Mammoth Studio (individual entrepreneur Pavel Kuzin, the "Service Provider").
POMO is a focus timer built on the pomodoro method: focus intervals separated by breaks, with optional reminders when a phase ends. It is a productivity tool, not medical, psychological, or professional advice, and it makes no promise about your results.
The Application is free to download and includes the classic 25/5 pomodoro timer. POMO Premium unlocks the other built-in presets, custom timer lengths, and custom tags.
POMO Premium is an auto-renewing subscription sold through the App Store. It is offered monthly at US$4.99 and yearly at US$29.99; a limited-time yearly offer at US$14.99 may be shown after the standard plans are declined. Prices in other countries are the local equivalents set by Apple and are shown in the app before you buy. There is no free trial.
Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase. The subscription renews automatically for the same period unless it is cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, and your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the period ends. You can manage or cancel a subscription in your Apple Account settings; deleting the Application does not cancel it.
Refunds are handled by Apple under the App Store terms, not by the Service Provider.
The Application works offline; a connection is needed to fetch subscription prices and to restore a purchase. If you use the Application outside a Wi-Fi area, your mobile carrier's charges apply, including roaming — using the Application means accepting responsibility for those charges. If you are not the bill payer, you are assumed to have their permission.
You are responsible for keeping your device charged and functional. The Service Provider is not liable if the Application cannot run because your device ran out of battery, storage, or a supported iOS version.
The Service Provider may update the Application and may change or stop offering it at any time. Where an update requires it, you agree to install the version offered. These terms may be updated; changes are posted on this page and take effect as soon as they are posted. These terms are effective as of 20 August 2026.
